Meet Kelsey!

My favorite pop-up so far has been SERV! It’s our largest class, which means we get to meet so many new people. Everyone is always so kind and ready to WORK!! 💪🏼🤍

Kansas City Pilates Club feels like such a safe and welcoming space. It’s an amazing way to make new friends—I’ve seen girls who didn’t know each other before class sitting together, chatting, and hanging out before we even get started. It really feels like one big group of friends coming together! 🫶🏼

If you’re new, take it slow, listen to your body, and remember why you came. You are SO strong! And don’t be afraid to introduce yourself and meet someone new—you never know who you might become friends with! 🤍

Meet Melissa!

My favorite pop-up has definitely been Horses & Pilates at Perkins Stables! Between the views, the HORSES, and the amazing community of girls who come together, there’s truly nothing else like it. Plus, I get to wear my cowboy boots, so that’s always a win! 🤠🤍

My favorite thing about KC Pilates Club is how welcoming it is to everyone! You see all different experience levels—from girls and guys trying Pilates for the very first time to experienced Pilates queens. Everyone can come as they are, try something new, and feel like they belong. And, of course, Kelsey is literally the best part of it all! 🫶🏼

If you’re coming to your first class, HAVE FUN! Kelsey makes everyone feel so welcome and makes each class feel personal, no matter your experience level. You’ll get to try Pilates in places you may have never been before, meet new girlies, and be surrounded by people who are all there for the same reason—to move, have fun, and be part of the community. You might even leave with a new friend! 🤍
