Half of all new type 1 diabetes diagnoses happen in adults, not just children, and most families don't know about early detection and therapies that can delay stage 3 insulin dependence.

On Sunday, October 25, from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. at The J Social Hall, Breakthrough T1D and local healthcare professionals will share what every family should know, with free screening available on-site.

Our Walk site opens at 9 AM, with our opening ceremony kicking off at 10 AM and the Walk beginning shortly after! Grab your tennis shoes, bring your friends and family, and come enjoy some food, face painting, games, and an incredible morning celebrating and supporting our KC T1D community! 💙 See you TOMORROW, KC! 🙌
