Hey community 💛
This is a bit of an ask, but I know how generous people can be here.
If anyone is traveling from St. Louis to Kansas City in the next week or two, I need help retrieving some essential work equipment (massage table, chair, and a few totes). I’m not physically able to make the drive myself right now, and these are the tools I use to earn a living.
It’s about half a small truckload, and I’m totally open to splitting it between more than one person.
Grateful for any leads, shares, or helpers—thank you for being you 🌱

Affirmation
I honor the intelligence of my body and the wisdom of my nervous system.
I recognize that my pace is not a flaw — it is a form of self-respect.

I reclaim my power by returning to myself.
I no longer search for permission, validation, or understanding outside my own knowing.
My authority lives in my body, my breath, and my ability to choose.
I release the need to explain my limits in order for them to be real.
My “no” is complete.
My “not yet” is wise.
My “I’ll decide when I’m ready” is sovereign.
I step out of conversations that drain me and into choices that protect me.
I do not engage in power struggles, interrogations, or negotiations that cost me my peace.
I stand grounded in the truth that I do not owe access to my inner world.
I trust myself to recognize when something is not aligned.
I trust myself to pause, to wait, and to move only when my body says yes.
