💙🔎 Our NDEAM Scavenger Hunt teams have been busy learning, exploring, and putting their creativity to work!

From building resumes and preparing for interviews to learning about workplace accommodations and community resources, each challenge is helping our teams think about what meaningful, inclusive employment looks like.

A big shoutout to Our Name Is Mudd, Training Terrors, Sammi Employment Group, and The Chillicothe Team for joining in the fun! 👏

We can’t wait to see what challenges they tackle next!

♿ Sometimes the right accommodation can make all the difference.

As part of our NDEAM Scavenger Hunt, teams were challenged to identify accommodations that can help employees be successful in the workplace.

Their ideas included accessible workstations, adjusted lighting, Braille, standing desks, anti-fatigue mats, assistive technology, and other modifications designed around an employee’s individual needs.

Workplace accommodations aren’t about lowering expectations—they’re about making sure employees have the tools and access they need to do their jobs successfully. 💙

That’s inclusion in action!
