I Am a Sage Energy Healer

I did not choose this path. It chose me—again and again—through silence, through suffering, through sacred return.

For over 35 years, I have walked a path of spiritual devotion, inner alchemy, and embodied healing. My training is not confined to classrooms or certificates—it lives in my bones, in the many spiritual ceremonies I’ve entered, and in the lands that have shaped me.

My journey has taken me from ancestral healing rituals in Kumasi, Ghana—drumming, divination, and holy dance—to the cool, meditative silence of Tuscany’s hills in Italy where I studied mindfulness in retreat and walked the path of Saint Francis in Assisi. I’ve sat in stillness among the red sandstone cliffs of Sedona, prayed in the Redwood groves of Scotts Valley, and immersed myself in sound healing and sacred water baths among the Pacific mountains of Big Sur.

I’ve trained in Tai Chi and tapping, sung OM beside singing bowls, studied Catholic mysticism in the Vatican, learned traditional medicine in Phuket, Thailand and practiced grounding and energy flow in Shanghai-China. My body remembers the chants, the circles, the breathwork, the dances. Spirit remembers, too.

But my truest initiation came not from books or places—but from insuffering loss.

I am a survivor of childhood trauma and violence. My beloved brother was killed at 21. Years later, my only daughter died unexpectedly just before graduating from university. That loss hollowed me. I lived in unspeakable grief—estranged, alone, unmotivated, buried beneath survivor’s guilt. For years, I felt more dead than alive.

And yet, Spirit kept whispering: you are not done.

Slowly, I began to rise—through prayer, grief work, energy healing, therapy, ritual. Through tears and tremors, I remembered how to feel, how to breathe, how to live again. Ancestors gathered near. I called on Source. I created a practice—not just for myself, but for others whose pain is too great to carry alone.

I am a spiritual guide and an intuitive healer and with a lot of help from Spirit and spirits in form, I've healed myself—again and again.I am so humbly grateful for it all.

My path is not performative—it is ancestral, lived, hard-won. It is the quiet revolution of surviving and choosing life anyway.

I work with the whole person: body, breath, story, spirit. I honor indigenous traditions, ancient rituals, and evidence-based practices. My healing is rooted, sacred, wild, and wise.
