I stopped at the store for ice, feeling that today was a day for distilling—but who?
Rosemary? Tulsi? One of my beloved blends? Or…
And then the Liliko’i vine, bursting with flowers, said “Me!” for the first time. But I also heard a gentle whisper from across the garden, from the roses, asking to be part of the alchemy.
I love listening to the plants and letting them decide who wants to play together, and eventually reveal their collaborative medicine.
I’ll let you know how it goes, and I’ll have about 10 bottles to share of this hydrosol of dew dropped blooms 🌹

This is a potion I have been working with for years, and have finally made enough to share with you 💫

Embodied Gratitude is the most powerful response to subtle level spiritual and energetic attacks. Not protective shields, not barriers, not cleanses, not banishing spells, but Gratitude.

All of these tools can be useful in moderation, but at their deepest core, many tools of protection often carry a frequency of fear.

Gratitude always vibrates in Love.

During recent months, I’ve been on the receiving end of some very dark energy—energy that doesn’t belong to me nor does it have anything to do with me. But it’s coming my way nonetheless, and it is dense.

Naturally, I’m making prayers, doing ritual, working with herbs, and cleansing my field, but these are regular practices for me in the line of work that I’m in.

The true alchemy occurs when I notice something beautiful in my life and I allow the spontaneous appreciation of this gift, large or small, to wash over my body. I bathe in the energetic field of the joyful gratitude that grows in the space I create for it, feeling a wave of refined light wash away all the residue and fill my luminous body with the highest vibration of Love.

I do this every time I notice something beautiful. Every time.

After this practice, I feel a peaceful power radiating from my solar plexus. I know that I have just recalibrated my system, released any density that had stuck to me, and realigned myself with Truth.

And the best part? Gratitude is contagious 🌞

Today I am tuning in to the nonnegotiable importance of cleansing, of using our sacred tools to release what isn’t ours, what doesn’t align us with love, what clouds our joyful hearts and causes our waters to become murky.
Weekly, daily, even throughout the day, having a practice of intentionally sloughing off the residue and massaging away the tarnish, so that our spirits can shine and glimmer with all of the love that we are.
It’s not about fear, it’s not about evil entities or malevolent spirits—it’s about self-care and personal sovereignty.
