Deep tissue isn’t always the best. 👀

A young, active athlete with tight muscles, chronic tension, and no contraindications? Absolutely — deep tissue may be a great option. 💆‍♀️

But there are times when going deeper isn’t the answer:

🚫 Recent post-op recovery, especially in the early weeks
🚫 Active inflammation or autoimmune flare-ups
🚫 Acute injuries, swelling, or significant bruising
🚫 Areas with open wounds or healing tissue
🚫 Certain vascular or medical conditions where deep pressure isn’t appropriate

And yes… I know. Sometimes you come in saying, “I want DEEP.” 😂

But more pressure doesn’t always mean better results. In areas that are already inflamed, too much pressure can actually aggravate the tissue.

What you see in this video is only a small part of the work we did.

My client’s main goal was to improve the appearance and texture of her skin while reducing inflammation — and that’s exactly what we focused on during her session.

We combined our Antara CBD cold-pressed oil, vacuum therapy, wood therapy, and manual lymphatic techniques to create a customized 65-minute body contouring treatment.

Every step was intentional: supporting circulation, helping reduce fluid retention, and improving the overall look and feel of the skin.
