10 years as a BCBA + over 15 years in disability services.

A decade in this field has taught me so much—not just about behavior analysis, but about listening, adapting, staying curious, and being willing to grow.

I’ve learned that there is no one-size-fits-all approach. That ABA was not ever meant to be limited to autism. That parents aren’t just part of the process - they are key players. And that compassionate care and behavior science can absolutely coexist.

I’ve learned to be open to new models, to question what we’ve always done, and to focus on support that actually makes sense for the child and family in front of me.

Most importantly, I’ve learned that I’m still learning.

10 years later, I’m more passionate than ever about continuing to evolve and reimagining what meaningful behavioral support can look like.

Here’s to 10 years of learning, growing, and continuing to Shine. ✨
