Please bring all written vaccine records to your appointment. Vaccine documents should be translated into English and notarized if needed. In some cases, immunity titer tests may be accepted in place of vaccines.

Pap smears typically start at age 21 & recommended at least every 3 years depending on age. They are one of the most important screenings for women’s health.👩‍⚕️

Dr. Kaeli Freeborough walks you through what to expect during a Pap smear exam to help remove fear, anxiety, and uncertainty surrounding the process! Our goal is to create a safe, judgment-free environment where women feel comfortable asking questions and prioritizing their health.

• Fever over 101.3°F
• Trouble keeping liquids down
