Have you tried our Turtle® Pool? Enjoy a soothing workout in the current lap ring or find relief in the warm, inner waters. Our pool has two parts: a cozy, rectangular warm-water pool and an outer oval track for refreshing water walks with or against the current (up to 4 mph!). The slightly deeper, pool is perfect for therapy and exercise. Plus, you can relax in our spa (104°F) after your swim. Water shoes are welcome, but not required – we hope to see you soon!

Our support group offers a judgment-free space to connect with others who truly understand, share experiences, and learn practical strategies for managing your health. Led by Dilasha Neupane, MD, a neurologist with fellowship training in headache medicine, these sessions combine expert-led education with open peer support.
