The thing that got me started on this journey of helping others with their own healing was coaching. I have both a health coaching and life coaching certification, though I don’t focus as much on the health portion. I simply believe that everything is connected so it is great to have that background.

My degree is actually in psychology and I do use this a lot in my coaching, though it is not the same as counseling. Personally, I feel like with a therapist you often focus on how you got to where you are. And while having that insight is important, as a coach my focus is more on how to get you where you want to go. 

Working with me is like having your own personal cheerleader, one who also lovingly kicks you in the ass when you need it! We talk through your goals, your whys, and what might be holding you back. And then I send you home with activities or assignments that will support moving toward your goals. 

Usually I like to meet with clients every other week, with follow up by text or email in between. That having been said, I do tailor every program to the individual. Interested or have questions? Comment below or send me a message!

I missed yesterday. Because I was doing something I’m grateful for. 🤣
Had half a day entirely to myself. Spent it spring cleaning with the doors open and doing yoga! Much needed quiet time. 🧘

I feel like it’s time for me to do a reintroduction! Spring always tends to be the time of year when I reevaluate and get myself back on track. I’ve gotten to the point recently, where if you haven’t followed me for a while, you might not know exactly what it is that I do.

Partly this is because what I do is always evolving. But also it is because I have been overwhelmed in my personal life and have allowed this to spill over into my business.

I’ve always prided myself on being vulnerable and transparent, both with my friends and with my clients and followers. And the truth is, it’s time for me to reinvest in my business and myself.

So hi! I am Angela and I do lots of things, but above all else I am a healer. And when I say healer, I do not mean that I am here to fix you or to get rid of an illness or issue. Rather that I am here to support you on your journey towards health and happiness.

I do this through numerous modalities— Usui Reiki and other energy healing practices, health and life coaching, crystals, meditation, essential oils— but at the heart of everything is my intuition.
