Meet Alexis! 💟 At Introspect Wellness, she offers customized facials, back treatments, waxing, and chemical peels. Personal care is a passion for her. She shared, “I love what I do, and I'm still accepting new clients!”

Outside of work, you’ll find Alexis with friends and family, grabbing a coffee or taking an early-morning pilates class. Fun fact: she also loves hockey games and being anywhere by the water—beach or lake, it’s all about being in the sun! ⛱️ (Just don’t forget the sunscreen 😉)

Cheers to Vitamin C infusions with the team! ☀️

Every month, we try to carve out a little time for ourselves, too. Lately, that’s looked like infusions, a lot of laughs, and a chance to slow down together.

In case you’ve seen her around the spa but haven’t officially met her yet, we wanted to introduce you to Veronica from the Introspect Wellness team! ✨

Veronica has been a nurse for the past two years and spent eight years before that working as an LNA, bringing years of hands-on patient care experience to her role. Alongside her work at Introspect Wellness, she also works on a med-surg floor at Dartmouth Health, where she continues caring for patients in a fast-paced clinical setting.

In her personal time, Veronica loves being outdoors, especially skiing in the winter and paddle boarding during the warmer months.

Botox gets a lot of attention, but have you heard of Xeomin?

For Mara, Xeomin treatment is helping to soften movement in the forehead and between the brows, especially the “11s,” those vertical lines that can become more noticeable over time.

Like Botox, Xeomin uses botulinum toxin type A to temporarily relax targeted muscles and soften the appearance of dynamic wrinkles.

One difference? Xeomin is formulated without added proteins, which some clients prefer. It may also be an option for individuals who feel their response to Botox has changed over time.

Last week, everyone got to see me in my adulting clothes, instead of my usual scrubs 😆 I visited Washington, D.C. to attend the AANA / American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology mid-year assembly!

Being a medical professional in the Granite State, I’ve seen firsthand the challenges and obstacles of being in the healthcare industry in a rural area. This trip gave me the chance to meet with NH senators, discuss these issues in-person, and share my perspective.

As a medspa, the safety, health, and wellness of our clients always comes first. It’s important to us to talk about how we can best care for our clients and provide access to exceptional services.

What an honor to represent the dedicated team here at Introspect and to advocate for all of you who we get to serve. Annnnd…it feels good to be home 😊
