✨ ONE YEAR. ✨
Can you believe it?! August marks ONE YEAR since I opened my shop! 🥹💓
When I opened the doors one year ago, I had a dream and a whole lot of faith that I could make it work. I never could have imagined how much this little shop would grow in just one year.
Since then, friends have joined the team, our client base has grown rapidly, and this business has become so much more than just a place to get tattooed. It has become a part of our community and I am so proud that we get to give that support right back.
From free formula and meals, to school supplies, donating to local fundraisers, and of course our biggest event yet, Toys for Tats, which brought in over $2,000 worth of toy donations for local kids. 🎄🧸
None of that would be possible without you.
To my friends, my family, my clients, and everyone who has ever shared a post, recommended the shop, booked an appointment, donated, or simply walked through our doors, thank you. You have given an artist the opportunity to live the dream. And I will never take that for granted. ❤️
August was also a very important month for me personally. I decided to make it my test month, a chance to see if tattooing could actually sustain me as a full-time career.
And boy, did you guys show me that YES. IT. CAN. 🥹
So I am incredibly excited to officially announce that I am taking the next steps toward leaving my regular full-time job and pursuing tattooing FULL TIME. 🎉
This is terrifying, exciting. But I couldn't have done it without all of you.
For the time being, my booking availability will still show limited/part-time openings while I make the transition. Be sure to join the waitlist and follow the page so you know as soon as my calendar opens up and more appointments become available.
I cannot wait to see where the next year takes us.
