Telling myself in real time to take a deep breath while I was trying to record a video. I knew what I wanted to say and as soon as I started recording I lost where I was going so I took a deep breath, recentered, and started again.

Deep breaths are your friend. 😉

I had a refreshing morning with the officers. They have a clear idea of what they want for the culture of their program. These young women have a desire to embody servant leadership and are striving to maintain a growth mindset through any challenges that come their way. I’m excited to see how this group of leaders positively impact their team this year! 💕

Two summers ago, I had a black and white dragonfly visit me often. Today, I had a smaller bright blue dragonfly visit me! 😊🩵

Dragonflies hold so much symbolism and spiritual significance even within their different colors. I have never seen a dragonfly this color and immediately wanted to look up what blue dragonflies symbolize but then I paused (after snapping a photo to document her beauty) and sat with her until she flew away.
