Gentle yoga combined with the soothing sounds of the crystal bowls and chimes. Come join to welcome in September (one of the best times on the island) this Wed, Sept 2 at 630pm at 715 E. Lakeshore Dr. (Crooked Tree).

$20 cash or Venmo. Yoga mats provided.

My island yogi tribe! 🥰 Trialed teaching something new…30 min of gentle yoga utilizing sitting and supine postures with 30 minutes playing the sound bowls and chimes.

Pop Up Soothing Yoga Flow & Sound

As the summer winds down come join me for a gentle, soothing yoga flow and mini sound bath meditation. This class is designed to invite you to release tension, gently move the body, and soothe your nervous system. We’ll finish with a relaxing sound bowl meditation, allowing the vibrations and stillness to settle the body and relax the mind.

Yoga mats provided. Just come as you are.

✅ #10 advanced YTT weekend in the books! Learning lots about transitions and the role fascia plays in the body. Lots of delicious restorative yoga and ideas to add to my breast cancer yoga project. My absolute favorite part of the weekend, however, was the mala blessing ceremony and connection with my fellow yoga teachers. 🥰 Thank you Anne Weidinger and Tom Griffith for facilitating another great weekend of learning!
