The human body can do some absolutely amazing things when given the opportunity.

Don’t put a bandaid on a wound that’s infected. Heal the infection and the bandaid is no longer needed.

Make my morning coffee with me ☕️✨

Lately I’ve been loving Ryze mushroom coffee (still need to try more brands though 👀). I keep it simple—add a tablespoon of honey (whipped honey is my favorite) to help get my blood sugar where I want it, and a tablespoon of coconut oil for a quick boost before my workout.

Every body runs a little differently. Once you start learning what yours needs and responds to, things just start to click 💪🏼

Are you actually eating for your goals?

For me, it’s all about maintaining my current physique—and this breakfast is a daily staple.

1 cup of oats + ½ cup frozen berries, soaked overnight. In the morning, I drain, add ¼ of a Premier Protein shake, and a dash of cinnamon.

It’s simple, but it fuels my workouts without leaving me feeling heavy or bloated.

Macros: 18g protein | 65g carbs | 7g fat

Dialed in so I can get the most out of every lift.

Riley came to J&A initially in 2023 to benefit from our “Youth Academy”. I knew instantly that she was a competitor and had that “edge” of discipline and work ethic.

More recently completing the “Elevated Athlete”, she was able to learn how to, “not starve to make weight & eat healthier!”

We were able to reduce body fat by 1.4%, while still maintaining a healthy percentage and achieving the weight class she wanted.
Did I mention she wasn’t hungry?

“It works so much better than losing (weight) on my own!”

Whether you’re wanting to lean out or gain mass, you must involve eating habits WITH exercise.
