š„ NEW VIDEO: ROCK BOTTOM
Most people think rock bottom is a moment.
A single event.
A diagnosis.
A number on a scale.
A scary conversation with a doctor.
For me, rock bottom wasnāt one moment.
It was dying a little every day.
It was brain fog.
It was exhaustion.
It was carrying 256 pounds on a 5ā8ā frame.
It was watching life get smaller while telling myself everything was fine.
The truth is that many people donāt recognize rock bottom because it happens slowly.
One pound.
One symptom.
One compromise.
One tired day at a time.
The good news?
The climb out happens one decision at a time too.
In this video, I share part of my story and the realization that changed everything.
If youāve ever felt trapped in your own body, tired all the time, or wondered if things can really change, this one is for you.
š Watch the new video and let me know what ārock bottomā looked like in your own life.
I didn't recognize myself.Someone showed me a photograph at a car ...
