Taking just a few minutes each day to check your feet can help catch small issues before they turn into bigger problems.

What to look for:
🦶 Cuts, cracks, sores
🦶 Redness or swelling
🦶 Blisters or calluses
🦶 Changes in skin color or temperature
🦶 Ingrown toenails

If you have diabetes or circulation issues, daily foot checks are especially important!
