Something that I've made peace with is that old wounds will resurface and require my attention and care.

That doesn't mean I haven't healed.

Instead I look at it as an opportunity to practice all that I've learned in my healing journey so far. ❤

Be patient and loving
To the parts of you that hurt
Grief is heavy
Lost dreams hurt
Judgement scrapes the soul dry
You are human
Attached to what feels real
Veiled by not-knowing
Not-remembering the place of your origin...
A Seeker of peace and ease
Your home is near the forest
The landscape of being human
Is not easy to travel...
Be gentle with yourself
Forgive your self
This is a school
To make mistakes
To learn
To sing
To dance
To make poems...
Sit and write
Tell your story in metaphors
Write the epic story of your life
Be gentle
