“…but as He who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct.” — 1 Peter 1:15
Holiness isn’t reserved for Sunday mornings. Peter tells us it should touch “all” our conduct—how we think, speak, work, rest, eat, and care for the bodies God has given us.
Throughout Scripture, God called His people to live differently from the culture around them. Not to prove they were better, but to show that they belonged to Him. That same invitation remains today. Choosing nourishing foods, honoring our need for rest, practicing self-control, and stepping away from harmful habits can all become quiet expressions of stewardship.
Holiness isn’t about following the perfect diet or getting every health choice right. It’s about direction—allowing our relationship with God to transform every corner of our lives.
