Willow Tree Hospice and Wellington at Hershey’s Mill are proud to partner in offering a compassionate and supportive space for caregivers in our community.
If you're caring for someone with memory loss, join us for our Memory Care Support Group, held every second Tuesday of the month.
📅 Next Meeting: Tuesday, September 9th
🕡 Time: 6:30 PM
📍 Location: PC Lounge at Wellington at Hershey’s Mill
✨ Each month, we’ll explore a different topic to help you better understand dementia and the related behaviors.
💬 The main focus is always on comfort, care, and support for the loved ones of those living with dementia.
🌟 Featuring Dementia Immersion Technology to deepen empathy and insight.
👥 Facilitated by our own Laura Hunter, CGC, EOLD and Casey Leming, Memory Care Coordinator of Wellington at Hershey's Mill.
