It is a safe place to release emotions and have fun at the same time. You can pick from different packages that will fit your budget and the amount of SMASH THERAPY you need! Come in and break some stuff or throw some paint around without having to clean up the mess!!!

I want to acknowledge ALL of you who are fighting a silent battle whether it be past or present trauma, mental health symptoms that make you feel unwanted or a burden, physical health issues you may be battling and feeling feeling like nobody understands! Whatever you are going through I want you to know you are not alone, you are not a burden and you are here for a reason! Love to all of you who come through my business and share your stories, your pain, your grief. I do not take it lightly the vulnerability that takes and let me tell you that is TRUE COURAGE and I will continue to be a safe place and a safe person for those around me! I have been in the trenches, I will not EVER forget the fight and sacrifices it took for me to be here not only for my kids, myself but also those around me that have supported and believed in me especially when it would have been easier to turn around and walk away. Nobody will fight for you like YOU WILL for yourself! Keep believing in YOU and there will be a moment when you can finally take a breath and look back and be like MAN I F**KING MADE IT! And when you do, turn around and help the next person and don't forget your journey and what a BADA$$ YOU ARE!
