Ever been told your labs are ā€œnormalā€ā€¦ but you still feel exhausted, anxious, or not like yourself? šŸ˜•

Here’s the truth šŸ‘‡
ā€œNormalā€ just means your labs fall in a wide reference range — not that they are optimal for you.

In perimenopause:
• Hormones change day to day
• Symptoms matter more than one lab number
• Trends over time tell the real story

šŸ’” Perimenopause = the years leading up to menopause when hormones start fluctuating (often in your late 30s–40s).

Yes, you can absolutely still have chocolate. šŸ«

One of my favorite tricks? Keeping individually wrapped dark chocolate on hand so it’s portioned and easy to enjoy without overthinking it.

A little piece of chocolate with tea at night can help satisfy cravings while still feeling intentional and balanced.

You don’t need to eliminate everything you love to support your health. Sometimes it’s about building habits that are realistic enough to actually stick with long term. ✨

One of the easiest meal prep hacks? Pre-cooked protein.

This hickory smoked uncured turkey bacon from Costco is one of our go-to easy protein options. I cook a batch in the oven, store it in the fridge, and then it’s ready to grab for breakfasts or quick snacks throughout the week.

Simple habits make healthy eating so much easier—especially when life gets busy. šŸ’›

425° in the oven for about 15–20 minutes depending on how crispy you like it, and cleanup is super easy.

Meal prep doesn’t have to be complicated to work.

Can we all agree this part is a little irritating?

You’re over here meal prepping, tracking protein, drinking your water, staying consistent… and meanwhile he’s ā€œkind ofā€ following the plan and somehow losing weight twice as fast.

Welcome to hormones, ladies. Testosterone gives men a metabolic advantage in a lot of cases, and yes—it can feel wildly unfair sometimes.

But remember: your journey is about so much more than the number on the scale. It’s about energy, muscle, bone health, hormones, longevity, and feeling strong in your body again. šŸ’›

And hey, healthier partners living longer is still a win too. šŸ˜‰

Easy nutrition tip for busy women?

Frozen Normandy vegetables are one of my go-to staples. They’re high in fiber and packed with cruciferous veggies like broccoli and cauliflower, plus carrots for extra vitamins and antioxidants.

Cruciferous vegetables can help support healthy estrogen metabolism and liver detoxification, making them especially beneficial for women in perimenopause and menopause.

Simple habits matter. Aim for at least a cup of veggies a day and keep it easy on yourself.

For a long time, I worried that by not taking insurance at Antigravity Wellness, I was somehow limiting access to care.

What I've come to realize is that access to care means more than having someone else pay for your appointment.

Access also means having enough time to tell your story.

Access means having a provider who isn't rushing to the next room.

Access means being able to discuss your hormones, sleep, nutrition, stress, exercise, digestion, body composition, and long-term health goals in the same conversation.

Access means having direct communication with your provider, educational resources, accountability, and a personalized plan designed specifically for you.

Traditional insurance-based healthcare serves an important role, and there are incredible providers working within that system every day. But that system often requires shorter appointments, higher patient volume, and more administrative work behind the scenes.

At Antigravity Wellness, I chose a different model because I wanted the freedom to provide deeper, more comprehensive care. I wanted time to educate, coach, investigate root causes, and truly partner with my patients.

This approach isn't for everyone, and that's okay.

But for the women who want a more personalized, proactive, and comprehensive approach to their health, this model creates a different type of access—one that often doesn't exist in traditional healthcare settings.

I don't believe I'm limiting access to care.

I believe I'm creating access to a level of care that would not otherwise exist.

You do not need to ā€œpunishā€ yourself after enjoying life. šŸ’›

A weekend away, a vacation, a celebration meal — none of that ruins your progress.

The goal is simply getting back to the habits that help you feel your best:
hydration, protein, movement, nourishment, recovery, and consistency over time.

Nothing has to be completely off limits to build a healthy body and healthy relationship with food.

This clip comes from a longer patient training Dr. Nicole shared inside the Women’s Total Transformation Program at Antigravity Wellness.

Sometimes you need a recovery day after the vacation… or even after a busy weekend. šŸ’›

One of the most overlooked parts of wellness is giving your nervous system time to actually decompress before jumping right back into stress, workouts, routines, and productivity.

Rest isn’t always ā€œdoing nothing.ā€

Sometimes it’s unpacking slowly, taking a nap, moving gently, and not forcing yourself to immediately bounce back.

This clip is from a longer video Dr. Nicole shared with patients inside the Women’s Total Transformation Program at Antigravity Wellness.

Can’t turn your brain off at night?

Try this simple, free sleep hack:

Do a 2-minute brain dump before bed.

Write out every little task, worry, or idea.

It tells your brain, ā€œWe’ve handled it. You can rest now.

This small step = big sleep wins in perimenopause.
