Nara Organics has issued a nationwide recall of all infant formula sold in the United States after federal health agencies identified three infant botulism cases involving babies who consumed the product.

The recalled formula was sold through Target stores, Target.com, and Nara.com between July 2025 and June 2026. Parents and caregivers should stop using the recalled product and seek immediate medical attention if an infant experiences symptoms such as poor feeding, constipation, weakness, difficulty swallowing, or trouble breathing.

Families whose children became ill after consuming the formula may have legal options.
