One of my favorite little parts of a facial is getting to send you home with something to keep the ritual going. ✨

Hydrate & Glow is one of the custom tea blends I make for post-treatment.

It’s just a little bag of tea, but I love that it gives you one more reason to slow down, hydrate, and take care of yourself after your appointment.

The past couple of weeks have been hard on our community.

Between the heat, wildfire smoke, and poor air quality, our bodies (especially our lungs and our skin) have been under a lot of stress.

It’s important to protect ourselves as best we can.

Here’s what I’m doing:

• Double cleansing
• Extra hydration (soooo much water)
• Antioxidants (internally and externally)
• Barrier soothing moisturizer
• SPF every morning

Let’s continue to take care of ourselves. Let’s support our bodies, and get through this season as safely and as healthfully as we can.
