Today is my due date… and we’re still waiting on baby! 🎀🩵👶

One of the questions I’ve been asked the most throughout my pregnancy is how I’ve continued working full-time and adjusting patients all the way to the end. My answer is always the same: I’ve made chiropractic care a priority.

I’ve been adjusted twice a week throughout my entire pregnancy, and I truly believe it’s made such a difference. I’ve been fortunate to avoid many of the common pregnancy complaints like lower back pain, sciatica, carpal tunnel, and significant swelling, and I’ve been able to keep doing what I love every single day.

A huge thank you to Dr. Michael for taking such great care of me these past 40 weeks. Having someone I trust keep my body moving and functioning at its best has been one of the greatest gifts during this pregnancy.

Now we’re just waiting for our sweet little one to decide it’s time. 🤍✨
