✨ MEET DR. MICHAEL CAIRA ✨

You may have already seen Dr. Michael around the office or even been adjusted by him! Dr. Michael stepped in for Dr. Gina while she was on maternity leave, and we’re excited for you to get to know him better.

At SpinePro, we believe better movement leads to better living and Dr. Michael is passionate about helping you do just that!

A Kenosha native, Dr. Michael grew up playing hockey and staying active. After graduating from Tremper High School, he attended the University of Wisconsin–Parkside before earning his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic, where he also played rugby for the college.

With a passion for movement, an active lifestyle, and helping others feel their best, Dr. Michael brings that same energy into the office. He is also certified in thermography, which will be offered here in the clinic real soon!

When he’s not at SpinePro, you’ll find him spending time with family and friends, golfing, or staying active.

Now back home in Kenosha, Dr. Michael is excited to build SpinePro alongside his sister and help people in the community move better, feel better, and live better!

Today is my due date… and we’re still waiting on baby! 🎀🩵👶

One of the questions I’ve been asked the most throughout my pregnancy is how I’ve continued working full-time and adjusting patients all the way to the end. My answer is always the same: I’ve made chiropractic care a priority.

I’ve been adjusted twice a week throughout my entire pregnancy, and I truly believe it’s made such a difference. I’ve been fortunate to avoid many of the common pregnancy complaints like lower back pain, sciatica, carpal tunnel, and significant swelling, and I’ve been able to keep doing what I love every single day.

A huge thank you to Dr. Michael for taking such great care of me these past 40 weeks. Having someone I trust keep my body moving and functioning at its best has been one of the greatest gifts during this pregnancy.

Now we’re just waiting for our sweet little one to decide it’s time. 🤍✨
