Does your animal companion tend to be fearful (ahhhhh, those fireworks, or the vet office?). Place your hands around the lower rib cage on either side. Soothing to their soul. Do it in times of need, and also in times of not. The more you do this, the more impact it has. In-joy loving your animal friend in this way. Hold for 2-5 minutes.
