What:
By donation Yoga in the Park - Suitable for all levels. Each teacher and class are a little bit different, but they are a mix of Hatha, vinyasa, yin and fun :)

Mon: 6am Sunrise Yoga & Cold Plunge - Owen Beach | 6 am all levels Hatha Flow with Tommy and a cold plunge at 7am

Tues: 5 pm | Tacoma Acro Yoga Jam - Franklin Park | All Levels open Acro Yoga Meetup with Maggie

Wed: 4:30pm | All Level Yoga w/ Tommy - Franklin Park | All Levels practice for Mobility and Flexibility
6pm | Power Yoga w/ Tommy - Franklin Park | Intermediate Practice focused on strength and advance postures

Thurs: 6pm | Vinyasa Flow w/ Nathan - Franklin Park | Strong energetic practice with breathwork

Where:
Most classes are at Franklin Park - Just south of the basketball court. See our website for a picture of the location. 1201 South Puget Sound Avenue, Tacoma, WA 98405

The Sunrise Yoga and Cold Plunge is at Owen Beach in the main grass area. 5605 Owen Beach Rd, Tacoma, WA 98407

How:
There is no registration required, you can just show up :) Class is a $10 suggested donation. We accept Cash, Venmo or Zelle. If money is an issue, pay what you can or just come anyways, no donation necessary :)

Woohoo! Yoga in the Park is Back! We are excited to start rolling in the grass again! May's weather can be spotty, but we will update you via social media story an hour before class if it is cancelled. Otherwise we are on!

Super excited for our new hats & our first retail appearance 🥰 You can find our new Tacoma hats and you can find them on our website :) What do you all think?

This was the baseball cap design that won the pole we posted, so thank you for making it happen! It is an unstructured 5 panel hat with a corduroy bill! We love Tacoma Washington and are looking forward to more fun clothes, beanies and hats that honor this beautiful Pacific Northwest ❤️

Such an amazing summer with so many amazing people! I am teaching one more sunrise yoga and cold plunge the cap it off! I am saddened in part, but also ready to shift gears for the next phase of WLNW!

🍄🌲🍕 Some photos from our Mushroom Identification Workshop. Such a wonderful group of people! It fills me up to be able to explore the outdoors and share treasures with others! Everyone got to find their fill off mushrooms, we got to play with a dog and we even got to have a baby come along with us! What a special feeling it is to feel like you are with a family of cute little foragers :) These are the things that I want my life to be about; the special moments and experiences in life. To top it all off, we got ice cream at the soda shop and pizza at C Block after!

If you missed this one, there is still another workshop on the 28th and I am looking forward to it :)
