The start of our Strong Summer 8 week challenge, the perfect time to try out a new class!

Here’s a breakdown of each class 👇🏼

Power Step- this class is a combination of aerobic step songs and dumbbell strength training to increase your heart rate and tone your muscles.

HIIT Strength- this class offers a blend of high intensity interval training with resistance training to sculpt your muscles and shred body fat.

Spicy Friday brings the heat in all the best ways. This strength and/or cardio class combo is designed to challenge you, surprise you, and keep things anything but boring. Each week features a different format so you’ll never quite know what’s coming.

Sweat & Sculpt- this class offers a quick & intense full-body workout through 1 minute of strength followed by 30 seconds of cardio. This class is perfect for beginners!

POWER STEP on Saturday 5/2 is a themed class (2000’s Black Out) and is going to be so much fun! Wear all Black and be ready to throw it back!

Meet Gail, a member at Inspirations Studio since November of 2022!

Gail is our first member to hit 300 classes! 🥳

We asked Gail a few questions:

What’s your favorite class?
This is a toss up for me. I really like the HIIT classes but Power Step is really fun!

What keeps you coming back to class?
The main reason I started classes was to keep and gain strength. It is important to me to be able to continue to do the things I enjoy as I age. I want to be able to play with grandchildren, whenever that happens, open a pickle jar, go to the bathroom without using the handicap bar to get off the toilet. I continue to go so I will be able to do those things and more when I am 70 or 80 years old. Hopefully longer if the good Lord allows!

What have you gained since your first class?
What have I gained… strength! Also a great group of people to spend 45 minutes with 2 to 4 times a week that don’t judge, or supportive, and make working out tolerable… lol I know if I ever need motivation or advice I can count on Bailey in this group!

We have a full roster of classes this week at the studio!!

Monday: Power Step! The perfect combo of aerobic steps to your favorite songs and strength training. You never know what Bailey will throw at you in these classes!

Tuesday: HIIT Strength. A station-based class where you can get your heart rate up and challenge your muscles. Muscle focus: biceps/triceps

Wednesday: back with another Power Step class!

Friday: Spicy Friday, the class where you show up early, have no idea what we’ll be doing, and leave feeling like you’ve had a great workout!

Saturday: Sweat & Sculpt. The perfect class to learn the step moves and challenge yourself with some heavier weights. The good news? Longer break times in this class!

Whatever you choose, we’ll be thrilled to see you!
