The start of our Strong Summer 8 week challenge, the perfect time to try out a new class!
Here’s a breakdown of each class 👇🏼
Power Step- this class is a combination of aerobic step songs and dumbbell strength training to increase your heart rate and tone your muscles.
HIIT Strength- this class offers a blend of high intensity interval training with resistance training to sculpt your muscles and shred body fat.
Spicy Friday brings the heat in all the best ways. This strength and/or cardio class combo is designed to challenge you, surprise you, and keep things anything but boring. Each week features a different format so you’ll never quite know what’s coming.
Sweat & Sculpt- this class offers a quick & intense full-body workout through 1 minute of strength followed by 30 seconds of cardio. This class is perfect for beginners!
