Take a pause from the busyness of life and give yourself the gift of rest, renewal, and gentle connection this Sunday.

Join us from 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM for Soul Good Sunday, a nurturing experience designed to help you unwind and restore from the inside out.

🧘‍♀️ Enjoy an hour of soothing, restorative yoga to release tension and invite ease into your body.

🎶 Then settle into a peaceful 30-minute sound meditation, allowing the healing vibrations to quiet the mind and nourish the soul.

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, all are welcome. This experience is completely beginner-friendly, and every pose can be adapted to meet you exactly where you are.

Come as you are. Wear something comfortable. Bring an open heart, and leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and just a little more soul-full.

This month, and every month, we celebrate love, authenticity, courage, and the beautiful rainbow of people who make our world brighter.

At Soul Sisters Reiki & Rocks, we believe everyone deserves to be seen, valued, respected, and loved exactly as they are. No exceptions. No fine print. Just love.

Life is hard enough without having to pretend to be someone you’re not. So here’s your reminder: Be yourself. The people who matter will love you for it—and the people who don’t? Well, they’re probably putting pineapple on pizza and calling it a personality trait. 🍍😂

🌿 Soul Good Sunday at Soul Sisters Reiki & Rocks 🌿

Join us this Sunday for a peaceful morning of connection, movement, and renewal. All are welcome—whether you’re completely new to yoga or have practiced for years.

We’ll begin with one hour of gentle, restorative yoga designed to help you relax, recharge, and find a little stillness in your day. Following yoga, enjoy 30 minutes of beginner-friendly crystal bowl sound healing and exploration.

Everything you need will be provided, but you’re welcome to bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water bottle, or anything else that helps you feel comfortable and at home.

Come as you are and share in a morning of community, healing, and uplifting energy. Bring a friend or come make new ones—we look forward to spending Soul Good Sunday with you!
