Begin with head, neck and shoulder massage (10 mins), followed with arms and hands (10 mins). Focus on reflex points on feet for about 30 mins, then finished up with back treatment (10mins). Whole Body massage (60min).

Terms used:

Reflexology is a Chinese ancient therapy technique by applying pressure to specific points on the feet and hands that correspond to particular organs and regions of the body. Reflexology can help to balance the body’s energy system, boost immunity, improve circulation and reduce pain and stress. Cupping is an alternative traditional Chinese medicine in which glass cups are placed on the skin to create suction. This technique is recommended for treatment of pain gastrointestinal (stomach or intestine) disorders, lung diseases, especially chronic cough and asthma. It also can clear congestion from a common cold and relieve muscle aches and pain. Please be notice that cupping will leave circular marks on the skin for several days. Tui Na is form of traditional Chinese massage technique that targets acupuncture points as well as painful body parts. This technique is very beneficial in reducing the pain of neck, shoulders, hips, back, arms, thighs, legs and muscle spam. This massage therapy is well known to alleviate stress related disorders like insomnia, headaches and other disorders related to digestive, respiratory and reproductive systems. The greatest advantage of Tui Na is that it focuses on maintaining overall balance with both physical and mental health.
