Try this delicious CEVICHE this summer!

8-16oz cooked and chilled SHRIMP cut into cubes (I don't always add shrimp. You can substitute with any type of bean or only have the cheese as the protein).
10-20 TOMATILLOS: washed and cut into cubes.
PANELA CHEESE 12-16 oz: cut into cubes.
1/2 to 1 bunch of CILANTRO cut
1/2 to 1 RED ONION diced
2-5 LIMES for juice
SALT and PEPPER to taste
ENJOY!

8-16oz de CAMRONES cocidos y fríos, cortados en cubos (No siempre le pongo camarones. Puedes sustituirlos por cualquier tipo de frijol o usar solo el queso como proteína).
10-20 TOMATILLO: lavados y cortados en cubos.
12-16 oz de queso PANELA: cortado en cubos.
1/2 a 1 de CILANTRO picado
1/2 a 1 CEBOLLA morada picada
