Why does more time matter?
Muscles don't release instantly. It takes time to warm the tissue, apply the right pressure, and allow the body to respond. In a shorter session, your therapist has to make choices about what to skip. In a longer session, nothing gets left out, and the work goes deeper.

🧠 Suffering from tension headaches? Your neck might be the culprit.

Most tension headaches don't actually start in your head, they start in the muscles of your neck and shoulders.

When we spend hours hunched over phones, laptops, or steering wheels, the small muscles at the base of your skull (called the suboccipitals) become chronically tight. This tension creeps up over your scalp and behind your eyes, and before you know it...headache.

Here's what you can do right now:

👉 Gently drop your right ear toward your right shoulder and hold for 30 seconds. Repeat on the left. This stretches the muscles that so often trigger that dull, throbbing pain.
