If we had to name one plant on this farm that is most resilient, self-sufficient, and abundant, it would no doubt be Tulsi.💜 We have more than 3 varieties growing on the farm and they all contribute energetically to the feelings of peace and serenity in the gardens. They also offer themselves willingly to be made into medicine. 
 
The medicine and qualities of Tulsi can be summed up into one word, Transcendence. To transcend is to exist or experience something beyond the normal or physical level. It is not surprising then that Tulsi has been given the nickname of “Holy Basil.” ✨
 
Tulsi is believed to embody the divine threshold between heaven and earth and has been used culturally for hundreds of years for spiritual cultivation of purity, devotion and divine presence. It brings clarity to the mind and peace to the spirit. If plants could hug, Tulsi would be a long and loving embrace.
