Not only have I been studying Ayurveda full-time, I lived as a pilgrim in India studying with yogis and other spiritual teachers for 5+ years. My healing journey and connection to others is personal- I lost everything-my community, my health, my job, my degree, and my sense of self, when I got a mild traumatic brain injury, and slowly, I have built myself back up.
