✨ WE’RE HIRING — FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST ✨
Body By Moya is looking for a friendly, dependable, and professional receptionist to join our team! 🤎
📍 Killeen, TX
🕙 Monday–Friday | 10 AM–4 PM
💵 $10/hour
We’re looking for someone who is organized, confident speaking with clients, and comfortable working in a fast-paced beauty + wellness environment.
Responsibilities include:
• Greeting and checking in clients
• Answering phone calls, texts, and client questions
• Booking, confirming, and rescheduling appointments
• Following up with new leads and potential clients
• Helping convert inquiries into booked appointments
• Following up with clients after services when needed
• Keeping the front desk, lobby, and client areas clean and organized
• Collecting payments and assisting with checkout
• Helping promote current specials, memberships, and services
• Maintaining professionalism and client confidentiality
• Assisting the team with light administrative tasks throughout the day
✨ REQUIREMENTS:
• Previous front desk/receptionist experience REQUIRED
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and welcoming personality
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable using a computer, booking systems, text messages, and social media
• Able to multitask and take initiative without needing constant direction
• Professional scrub attire required
• Must be comfortable discussing medspa, esthetic, body sculpting, post-op, massage, and wellness services with clients
We need someone who understands that the front desk sets the tone for the entire client experience. You should be professional, personable, organized, and willing to FOLLOW UP — not just answer the phone. 🤎
