When you trust us with your treatment, you WILL get checked on. You will receive a message from us after your procedure. Whether it’s a text or two week follow up. Depends on the procedure. However. It’s non-negotiable. It’s standard practice here.

Every procedure we offer comes with risks, and we know there can be fears afterward. We never want you sitting at home Googling, spiraling, or worrying about something you may be scared or embarrassed to asks us. We can educate you until we’re blue in the face before and after your treatment, but we also understand that it can be overwhelming. You’re not going to remember every single thing we said, and that’s okay. That’s why we check on you.

Yes, we are running a business. But this business was never built around taking advantage of people.

In fact, we tell people NO all the time.

If we don’t think you need something, we’re going to tell you. Could you go somewhere else and get a yes? Absolutely. But we pride ourselves on being ethical, even when saying no means I lose a patient.
