He then received his doctor of chiropractic degree in 1990 at Cleveland Chiropractic College - Kansas City. He’s been married to his best friend, Donna Bartolucci, since 1995 and they have an awesome son,

Evan Michael. Dr. Collazo was the lead chiropractor at Fort Hood before reentering the civilian chiropractic realm in 2018. He loves treating families and anyone associated with the military. Dr. Collazo has treated numerous professional athletes, Olympians and local all-district student-athletes. Over the years, Dr. Collazo was an athlete himself, earning him state, national and international recognition.
