May is Mental Health Awareness Month đź’š
This month is a reminder that mental health matters just as much as physical health. So many people are quietly carrying stress, anxiety, grief, or burnout—and you never truly know what someone else is going through.
Let’s use this time to be a little more patient, a little more compassionate, and a lot more open about conversations that really matter. Checking in on a friend, setting boundaries, taking a break, or asking for help are all signs of strength—not weakness.
If you’re struggling, you’re not alone. And if you’re doing well, consider reaching out to someone who might need support.
