𝙉𝙊𝙏𝙄𝘾𝙀 𝙊𝙁 𝘾𝙇𝙊𝙎𝙐𝙍𝙀.

Dear Moongladers,

My cancer treatment is going miraculously — better than I ever could have imagined. My body is responding in ways I am deeply, deeply grateful for.

And yet, even with that miracle unfolding, I have to share something important with you.

Moonglade will not be reopening. When I return home from Arizona, I’ll need my home to become my sanctuary — a place of peace as I heal and step into whatever comes next. Running a business out of that space isn’t something I can carry alongside that.

Looking back, I truly believe Moonglade was never only created for others. It was preparing something inside of me, too.

Through it, I’ve met some of the most incredible people — many of you who walked beside me through losing my dad unexpectedly in December, and through my own diagnosis just a year later.

When I lost my dad… you held me.
When I received my diagnosis… you showed up with love in ways I will never forget.

You carried me. And I am forever grateful.

My hope is that Moonglade closing as a business doesn’t close the relationships we’ve built. The business assets will be offered for sale in the coming weeks — and my deepest hope is that someone who loves what Moonglade stood for feels called to carry it forward.

No matter what comes next — thank you. For your belief, your trust, and your love.

With all my love and gratitude,
Jenny

𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗖𝗟𝗢𝗦𝗨𝗥𝗘.

Dear Moongladers,

I wanted to share an update with you.

My cancer treatment is going miraculously — better than I could have ever hoped for or imagined possible. The response my body is having has been extraordinary, and for that I am deeply grateful.

And yet, even with that miracle unfolding… I have to acknowledge something important.

Life for me will not simply return to what it was before.

So after a great deal of emotional reflection and honest conversations with myself about what my future needs to look like, I want you to hear this directly from me:

Moonglade, as we know it, will not be reopening when I return home from Arizona.

When my treatment here in Arizona is finished, I won’t be able to just come home and pick up where things left off as if nothing happened. Experiences like this change you. They reshape you in ways that take time to understand and integrate.

I know there will be a period where I need space to rediscover my rhythm — physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Right now my body is still rebuilding. I sleep a lot. My energy is limited. Even before my diagnosis I wasn’t operating at optimal health, and this journey has asked even more of my body. Healing will continue long after the treatments end.

And because of that, I know something else must change.

My home will need to become my refuge.

My sanctuary.

A place where I can be in peace as I transition into a new life unfolding before me.

And that reality does not work very well when running a business out of your home.

For those of you who have asked about Moonglade’s origin story over the years, you know I’ve always said the same thing — it felt like a calling.

A very clear one.

A moment where I felt God say, “Step forward and create this.”

I answered that call even though I had absolutely no idea what I was doing or why I was meant to build something like this.

Looking back now, the reason feels much clearer.

Moonglade was never only being created for others.

It was also preparing something inside of me. Preparing me for this health journey.

Through Moonglade, I have met some of the most incredible people that I truly believe I was meant to know. Many of you have walked beside me as a caring friend through some of the hardest chapters of my life.

In December of 2024, I lost my dad unexpectedly. You all held me up when my world felt like it had crumbled.

Almost exactly one year later came my own unexpected cancer diagnosis.

And during those moments, so many of you showed up with love, compassion, and support in ways I will never forget.

You have carried me through some of the darkest days. I truly cannot imagine having walked through them without this community.

For that, I will forever be grateful.

My hope is that Moonglade closing as a business does not close the relationships that have been created through it.

I hope that over these past two years you’ve come to know me — who I am, what I value, and how I try to move through the world.

And because of that, I hope you can understand why this decision, while incredibly emotional, also feels deeply clear.

In many ways it feels similar to the moment I first felt called to create Moonglade. Only this time the calling is asking me to let it go.

Within the next few weeks, the Moonglade business model and assets will be offered for sale. I will be retaining the Moonglade LLC.

I don't know what Moonglade may become in the future, but I do know that I can't reopen the Nordic spa anytime soon and want to find a way for it to continue to be available to this community.

My sincere hope is that someone within the community — someone who has experienced Moonglade or feels aligned with what it brought into the world — may feel called to carry it forward in their own way.

If that happens, the heart of Moonglade can continue serving the community that embraced it so fully.

No matter what happens next, please know this:

I am deeply grateful.

Grateful for your belief in what was created.

Grateful for your trust.

And grateful for the love and support you have shown me — not only as the founder of Moonglade, but as a human being navigating some of life’s hardest moments.

Moonglade may be closing its doors as a business… but I truly hope a piece of what it created lives on in each of you.

And I hope we remain connected in whatever chapters come next.

With all my love and gratitude,
Jenny
