Magnesium is used to help ease sore muscles, sooth cramping, and aids in recovery.
Made with unrefined shea butter, which contains compounds that aid in calming muslce tissue. I added menthol for immediate, cooling action. Great for minor strains, muscle spasms, or use after a workout.
