For this treatment, I used Hyperdilute Radiesse throughout the face to target overall skin quality rather than simply adding volume.

Hyperdilute Radiesse works as a biostimulator, encouraging the skin to produce more of its own collagen and elastin over time. The goal: improved firmness, smoother texture, better elasticity, and healthier-looking skin.

What you’re seeing here is immediately after treatment — before the true collagen-stimulating effects have even had time to develop.

The part I’m most excited about? We’ll repeat her photos in about 8 weeks as that collagen remodeling starts to show. I cannot wait to see the progression.

Such a subtle treatment, but look at the difference! By carefully restoring volume through the tear trough area, we were able to soften the hollowing and create a smoother, more refreshed transition from the lower eyelid into the cheek.

I love Belotero for this area because it’s a soft, lightweight filler that integrates beautifully into the tissue—perfect when we want natural-looking correction without making the under eyes look heavy or overfilled.

The goal with under-eye filler isn’t to change your face—it’s to help you look rested, refreshed, and like the best version of yourself. ✨
