Hello All!

Just a couple reminders for our current & future patients! ...

If you need a referral or refills on medications but have not been seen in the office in the last 3-6 months then please make an appt so we can see you first. Many medications require monitoring of vitals and labs and we want to ensure you are getting all you need! We do not prescribe narcotics out of this location.

If you have never been seen at New Image Primary Care we can not fill medications for you. Many of our patients use to see the provider in another location but you must get established at our location first. If you have never seen Angela Lipinski FNP, you also need to schedule an appointment to become established with her. 

To become a patient at New Image Primary Care you need to fill out new patient paperwork. We are accepting new patients for appt dates in November currently. Appts fill fast and are on a first come first serve basis. We want to help everyone as fast as we can but that can not interfere with quality patient care.
