A lot of women ask if strength training will make them “bulky.”

But the better question is: is the way you’re training actually working for your body?

If your workouts are helping you lengthen and strengthen, improving your form, posture, and movement quality, that’s where real success begins.

Because if you’re not getting results…

if you’re not recovering…

if your knees hurt…

if you’re so sore you can’t sit down properly or walk up and down the stairs…

that’s not something to celebrate. That’s feedback.
