Using a yoga bolster against the wall elevates restorative poses, providing deeper relaxation and gentle support. It aids in de-stressing, improving circulation, and relieving tension. The bolster acts as a lift, reducing strain on the lower back and opening the chest during your practice

Strength training is so important as we age but it’s even more important to learn the proper form, sequencing, and to slow down those reps so you’re actually working the muscles and not just using momentum.

Come join us on Thursdays at 5:30 for Total Body Strength and Conditioning where we focus on proper form and offer modifications for any limitations. We also incorporate cardio, mobility, and flexibility in this one hour class.

As a bonus you will work out with a fun group of all fitness levels and ages to support and motivate you.
