Okay I know my upcoming open house is already on your A-list, top priority to-do for May 17th, but just in case, I have some news.

My colleague at The Nourish Collaborative, Jeanne Riley has created the cutest little gift bags for you all!

Jeanne is my personal bodyworker and I am (not the) first to rave about what she can do. Jeanne practices many forms of bodywork, including but not limited to: massage, CranioSacral therapy, lymphatic drainage, and acupressure. She is also a true healer - her office is a treasure trove of helpful tools, tinctures, techniques. I love Jeanne and would trust her with any body or health condition.

You guys! I have fun news.

My colleague, Susan Jackson, has a remarkable practice down the hall at Nourish. She does a lot of different things, but the treatment I tried is called Radial Pressure Wave therapy. Susan uses a high tech device to deliver waves to the cells of your body which helps address and reduce pain.

I found it so interesting (and effective!) that I wanted to share it with you all. So Susan and I got to talking, and she has agreed to attend the open house and offer:

It has been the wildest journey - I can hardly believe it's been three full weeks and I still feel like I have JUST properly landed in the new space.

Last week in Hingham, folks! 🥲

You might notice the office looks a little bare - that is because I've been slowly moving things out and we are down to the essentials for doing the work - a couple of chairs and a massage table (also, plants). I have to say, taking down my pink curtains was the moment I felt a little overcome. I remember 3+ years ago putting them up after painting the room so carefully and cleaning everything from floor to ceiling. I wanted my first office to be exactly right, just the vibe.

Since then I've grown - I don't need everything to be perfect anymore. The vibe is important, but the main piece is the work itself, which, turns out can be done with just a couple of chairs and a table.

That said, I've been fussing about the new room too - it's different in many ways and requires different treatment. I promise to show you! I might even have a lil OPEN HOUSE so you can see for yourself (more on that soon).

Okay, back to work. see you this week IN HINGHAM!

BIG NEWS

You know how I've been hanging around at The Nourish Collaborative? Well, I've been having a really great time and it turns out we have a lot in common. One thing has led to another, and now I'm moving in! 🤩

I am beyond excited to join this collaborative for so many reasons, the main one being that it approaches healing from so many angles: they have bodywork, hypnosis, somatic therapy, infrared/red light therapy, and lots more. The classes they offer are my flavor too - nervous system reset, movement, yoga, breathwork... all the good stuff. I'll be doing more teaching, collaborating, and bringing some new ideas to life. If you know me, you know this is exactly what I want to be doing.

Sharing space with River & Stone Counseling and Wellness these last 3+ years has been precious and perfect: my little pink office's first home! But they're growing and I'm growing, and it's time to become neighbors instead of roommates. I know we will keep bumping into each other on the path.
