The Alliance of Professional Tattooists, Inc. recommends all Trade practitioners exhibit professional conscience and character in regards to the rapidly changing circumstances revolving around the Covid-19 pandemic that is gripping our nation.
We urge all Trade practitioners to comply with their state and local health dept's suggestions, and directives during this National Emergency.

The APT has always been at the forefront of infection control, and we will continue to advise, and distribute pertinent information as needed.

Remember to practice social distancing while in public. Maintain a distance of 6 feet or more.
If feeling ill, remain home and self-quarantine.
Wash your hands frequently.
Disinfect surfaces that you touch regularly, ie. doorknobs, handles, etc
Do not touch your hands to your face, eyes nose and mouth.
Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue then dispose of the tissue immediately.
Sneeze into your bent elbow if you have no tissue.
Contact your health care provider if feeling ill. They will instruct you what to do.
Be safe. Be smart.
And be responsible for your health and others near and dear to you.
