A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PSYCHIC MEDIUM:

For you guys who asked for more reading shares I did several sessions at a home party at Greenville (thank you to our hostess, you know who you are).

Here are a couple highlights from a strong day of mediumship.

The funniest reading was a jokester dad coming through who made me aware that he had passed from a sudden cardiac event. He expressed he was confused when he first crossed and said that Bob was there so he told him “Bob what are you doing here you’re supposed to be dead?”

The daughter getting the reading said “Bob was his father”. The spirit then explained how his dad came through first and other relatives met him on the other side as well.

The most healing message probably wouldn’t have happened had my client not asked at the very end of her reading if somebody else was there, someone younger. I went back in and felt the spirit she was asking for. I then asked her if that was a female, a child and she said that yes she was a 16-year-old girl. Her best friend’s daughter…

I then learned from the spirit that she took responsibility for her own passing and explain that it was due to a specific form of mental illness, (the specifics of which came through loud and clear but are too personal to share here) Then I picked up the name Kaitlyn, I think I said, Kate or Kaitlyn which was the young girl’s name.

It was exactly what the mom suspected that had led to her daughter’s tragic passing and though unfortunately it won’t bring her back to thr physical world I know this message is gonna bring her a lot of healing and comfort knowing she didn’t really “die” and that the tragedy was due to a medical condition that she intuitively knew.

UPDATES

Are you in the 40 day challenge?

I started mine on Sunday and I have a few upgrades and suggestions for you from my practice.

If you don’t know what I’m talking about I created an easy but powerful 3 exercise set to open your 3rd eye and achieve off the charts psychic abilities combining original with tried and true techniques. I will share in comments if you missed it.

For exercises 1 & 2 I realized 3 minutes is a long time to do these if you’re not use to doing them. it is OK to shorten the length to start and build up to the three minutes.

For exercise #1 you can use white light instead of indigo/violet. That actually felt more natural to me but either is effective. Also you can add brightness to expansion/contraction. On Inhale expand 3rd eye and increase brightness of light (slightly more advanced), on exhale when the light contracts try, dimming it slightly to enhance the action. This helps creates the chakra wave through the third eye to help open and clear obstruction.

For exercise #2 breath of fire can be done slowly like an enhanced long deep breathing. It doesn’t have to be fast the way I showed in the video. The important thing is that you’re inhaling an exhaling from your diaphragm, not your chest and that the exhale and inhale are of equal length. It’s actually beneficial to practice it slowly until you get use to the belly pumping on the inhale/exhale and then speed it up.

For #3 on your 9th inhale try drawing energy from above and around you in addition to inhaling the energy from the ground up your centerline to 3rd eye. Drawing energy up filling chakras from bottom to top is important as it activates the lower chakras from the root up which supports the 3rd eye. Also once you’re at the top of your exhale and you’ve drawn the energy up to the 3rd eye space feel it filling your crown chakra as well, and then exhale the energy through the third eye
