Bring unity back into your life so you can move beyond your fears and focus on your future goals. You have reached a truly significant stage in your life. Prepare yourself by nurturing the growth occurring within you. Start by forgiving yourself and understanding that all our experiences make us stronger. Growth is about taking responsibility for your life and moving beyond your fears and limitations to a greater sense of self.
Accepting our innate abilities and our potentials as gifts from Great Spirit, helps us realize that our fears are really only attachments of our ego, not our true self. We then begin to use our talents to be of greater service to the world.
Prayer: As I stand at the gateway to a new phase of my life, please help me, Creator, to recognize and nurture my talents; to move beyond any ego attachments to the place of solitude that comes from accepting my own true self worth.

When we lose a loved one it leaves a hole in our hearts. It gets a little easier with time, but it is always there. I lost my mom two years ago May. My mom was my person, my sounding board, my best friend….to say I miss her is an understatement. This month has been tough….Mother’s day…the anniversary of her passing…life….
Tuesday morning on my way to work….I saw feathers in the clouds everywhere I looked in the sky….and as if I needed the extra smack …this was on my walk at lunch! To me it looks like an angel wing with the rainbow in it. I cried on my walk….it was like a hug from mom! I know many of you are dealing with loss also. I believe our loved ones are still with us. You just have to be open to the signs. They can come in many forms. They usually pick something that will resonate with you….coins on the ground, cardinals, dragonfly’s, a special song, dreams, feathers …. It can be anything. You will see it or hear it over and over ….they will keep trying until it hits you. Be aware of the signs around you…they are still with us! Look for the love letters they send💌

In the past I have used a Reiki pouch. It was a pouch that I put the names of people that asked for energy to be sent, or intentions that needed energy sent….etc…. I kept the pouch in my Reiki room and clients could add their own intentions to it on pieces of paper privately. I do not look at the papers in the pouch. Usually daily, I send energy for the highest good and healing to the people and intentions in the pouch, including the ones I do not know. I still do this, but have not incorporated it into my new room….until now! Today I went to do a session on two of my four legged clients and their person gifted me this lovely Intention cup that she made! I can’t wait to find it a place in my Wellness room! Look for it when you come in to see me , and feel free to put your own people and intentions into it for me to send energy to!

This cup is perfect as mushrooms are powerful symbols of transformation, interconnectedness and good luck. 💜🍄💚
