Discover the magic of breathwork. This guided session invites you to use your breath as a tool for release, clarity, and renewal. Together with music and shared energy, we’ll create a safe space for deep letting go — whatever that looks like for you. All are welcome.
Facilitated by Diana Benz with , who holds certificationa in breathwork facilitation, Block Therapy™, yoga, and Reiki. She is devoted to creating joyful spaces for healing, growth, and connection.
What you’ll need:
Wear warm, comfortable clothes suitable for lying down.
Avoid heavy meals at least 30 minutes prior to arrival.
Bring a mat and a blanket for comfort, (or borrow these from us here at the center)
